The best parking available is in the Pink Carpark on level 1 near Strike. However, understanding that Christmas is a busy time at Highpoint, we recommend that you plan your visit and allow enough time to park if your appointment is at a peak time. We also suggest checking out highpoint’s Valet service to take the stress out of finding a carpark during peak times.
Can I still get my Santa Photography if I am late, or miss my session?

No, the more the merrier. However we reccomend if you have more than 12 people that you make multiple bookings back to back to ensure you have enough time to capture the magic moment

Yes. Your furry friends are welcome (cats, dogs and rabbits) please ensure you pets arrive on a leash as there will be other pets around.
