It is recommended to pre-book your session as walk ups will only be offered if there is an available session – please pre-book to avoid disappointment.

Santa arrives on Saturday 8th of November and will be available daily until the 24th of December, times vary each day. Visit our website for available bookings.

Highpoint’s Santa Set is located in Centre Court, level 1 near Strike Bowling.

Yes. Santa’s grotto is wheelchair accessible.

The best parking available is in the Pink Carpark on level 1 near Strike. However, understanding that Christmas is a busy time at Highpoint, we recommend that you plan your visit and allow enough time to park if your appointment is at a peak time. We also suggest checking out highpoint’s Valet service to take the stress out of finding a carpark during peak times.

We cannot guarantee to fit you into a time close by to your session, however will do our best to accommodate.

No, the more the merrier. However we reccomend if you have more than 12 people that you make multiple bookings back to back to ensure you have enough time to capture the magic moment

Yes. Your furry friends are welcome (cats, dogs and rabbits) please ensure you pets arrive on a leash as there will be other pets around.
